Hyvä POS is in closed beta

Hyvä POS is currently in a closed beta (pilot phase) with a small group of merchants. It is not yet generally available: the App Store release follows the pilot, and features and configuration may still change - possibly in backwards-incompatible ways - before the general release. What the register does day to day, page by page. Everything here works on the free tier unless marked otherwise; the PRO features section covers what the module adds.

  • Checkout and Cart - building a sale: scanning, custom amounts, taxes, parking, and what an order looks like when it lands in Magento.
  • Discounts and Pricing - line and cart discounts, coupon codes, customer-specific prices, and catalog rules on PRO.
  • Payments - every tender: cash with change math and drawer kick, integrated and manual card, split payments, zero-due sales, and exactly which Magento payment method each books under.
  • Terminal Payments - the integrated card flow, with Mollie live today and Adyen, Pay. and Stripe in development.
  • Receipts and Printing - local receipts, thermal and AirPrint printing, email receipts, drawer control.
  • Receipt Layout - the layout editor: columns, logo, VAT summary, cashier line, and Magento-managed defaults.
  • Returns and Exchanges - refunds to the original tender on both tiers, exchanges as negative carts, and where PRO's RMA flow takes over.
  • Products and Stock - browsing, search, barcodes, product types (including how bundles sell), stock per source, and the offline catalog cache.
  • Customers - lookup, creation with server-side validation, groups and group pricing, guest sales.
  • Orders - order search and detail, actions per tier, and the buy-online-pick-up-in-store flow including what makes an order "ready".
  • Register and Reports - the dashboard, cash drawer sessions, day counts and sales reports.
