Hyvä Slack Channels

We use Slack as a community support channel for all things Hyvä.

Technical Support

Holders of a paid Hyvä product license can submit technical support questions through the technial support form in the Hyvä customer account dashboard.

For the free open source Hyvä Theme the Slack community is the best channel to ask for technical support.

Sensitive Data

Remember that other people can see support requests on Slack, so be sure not to post sensitive data in support requests!
Remove or hide customer information, passwords, credit card numbers, credentials etc before posting.

Hyvä-Theme

The open source Hyvä-Theme comes with Community Slack support.
The Hyvä Team reads every message and tries to be as helpful as possible, but we have to rely on our community to help each other due to the limited time of a small team.
