Account Information

Manage your personal portal settings here:

  • Edit your name
  • Set your job title
  • Change your email address
  • Change your password
  • Connect your Hyvä certifications via Credly

Account Details

On the right side of the page, you'll see your current account information:

  • Account Type - Your account classification (Agency, Online Store, or Other)
  • Agency - The agency you belong to (if applicable)
  • Role - Your role within the agency (Manager or Member, if part of an agency)

To change your account type or agency setup, click the "Change my setup" button to go to the My Agency page.

Adding Your Hyvä Certifications

If you've earned a Hyvä certification, connect it to your portal so it displays on your Dashboard:

  1. Look for an email from Credly asking you to accept your badge
  2. Create a Credly account at credly.com by following the email instructions
  3. Log in to your Credly account
  4. Go to your Profile page (use the top-right menu)
  5. Copy your profile URL (example: https://www.credly.com/users/john-doe.123456/edit)
  6. Paste the URL into the "Credly URL" field in Account Information and save
  7. Hyvä retrieves your badges from Credly and displays them on your Dashboard within a few moments
