My Agency

Configure your account type and agency relationship on this page. This is the first page you'll see after registering for the Hyvä Portal. You can also access it anytime by clicking the "Change my setup" button on the Account Information page.

Setup Questionnaire

The My Agency page guides you through a series of questions to set up your account correctly:

1. What type of company are you working at?

Select your company type:

  • Online Store - You run an e-commerce business
  • Agency - You work for a Hyvä partner or development agency
  • Freelancer - You're an independent developer or consultant
  • Other - Your business doesn't fit the above categories

2. Online Store: Do you work with an agency?

If you selected "Online Store," you'll be asked if you partner with an agency. If yes, you can select which agency from a list.

3. Agency: Is it a Hyvä partner agency?

If you selected "Agency," you'll be asked if your agency is already a Hyvä partner.

Partner Agency: Request Team Access

If your agency is already a Hyvä partner, you can request to be added to your agency's team on the Hyvä Portal. Once approved, you'll have access to agency resources and client management features.

Non-Partner Agency: Request Partnership

If your agency is not yet a Hyvä partner, you can request to become one. This initiates the Hyvä partner onboarding flow, which will guide you through the partnership application process.
